Returns and refund policy
Jewelry
We would like to ask you to think carefully about your purchase all times, in order to avoid unnecessary costs. The purchase can be returned unworn and unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. As a sender, you are always responsible for the package until we have received it in good order.
To request a return:
- Send an email to vntglabel@gmail.com with the subject ‘return request, your order number’ and the reason for return request.
- Once we have accepted your return, you will receive instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Jewelry above €100 MUST be returned insured. The shipping costs are for your own account.
- The item(s) must be returned to the entrepreneur in original condition, with attached (price) card and/or tie-wrap and in the original packaging including accessories. It is essential that the (price) card and/or tie-wrap is not removed from the product. If the (price) card and/or tie-wrap is attached in a different way than how we originally attached it, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
- Also, always mention the sender + order number. When sender is not mentioned, we cannot proceed to payment. Have you unexpectedly forgotten to mention your details. Please contact vntglabel@gmail.com.
- Please provide us with a track & trace code for the return package. Without the corresponding tracking number, we are unable to adequately track the package, making it difficult for us to be present for its receipt.
- After the consumer has expressed his desire to exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
When we have received the return in good order, we will let you know that the refund has been initiated. Within 14 working days the purchase amount will be refunded.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange. If you would like to purchase a new item, please return your unwanted goods to us (please read the terms and conditions under the heading ‘returns’) and place a new order online.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
